Now a days we people are spending most of our time on keyboard during work and at home.
So I am suggesting application of awareness meditation or mindfulness meditation during typing on keyboard or on screen. We can decide that first 1-2 minutes we are going to type fully conscious during typing. This is enough to begin with.
The way to learn mindfulness meditation while typing is to become conscious during typing by dividing the act into 5-10 parts and performing them consciously.
Lift your hand, from where it is now, for typing consciously then move consciously till the desired letter or symbol or emoji then press the button fully aware of the touch of finger with screen, feel it and listen mindfully the keyboard sound on touch of the button. Lift the finger consciously.
Repeat with each word and one day you will sure experience no-mind moment during typing and keep trying to get more such experiences.
When it becomes regular try applying the same experiment during walking, eating etc. You can even apply it during sex and you may fall into the centre of being during orgasm. Once this connection is happened then things will fall in line for sure automatically to experience the centre of being without any outside help too. This getting connected with the centre of being without outside help is Philosia moment and it transforms one immediately.
Now the mind becomes slave as we start living at the centre of being and occasionally leaves it at will for using body and senses to convey our message to others. All fear, pain, anguish, inner trembling, ego drops on its own. When you have found something eternally blissful, ecstatic then who cares for such things it is as if you found diamond in your pocket and all stones collected in hands drops by itself.
What is suggested here, if practiced over a period of time, is going to begin the inner journey to fall into your real self or centre of being. Living in material life is like trying to fly in the sky of freedom using one wing of a bird. With little practice we can start flying with two wings and then only ultimate freedom can be found.
Performing a job in hand with totality, living authentic life and loving everyone is living or progressing in material world and practicing awareness or mindfulness during our work in hand is for progressing in our inner journey or spiritual world. This is going to help you fly like a bird, because you have two wings, for eternal freedom.
Awareness meditation is the way worked for me and I tried it first during brushing my teeth in the morning after trying 8-10 meditations over period of 15 years! So there is no need to reinvent the circle for you. May be you too find it suitable otherwise with Dynamic meditation and/or Kundalini in the evening it is suitable for most of the people.
