Osho says “The deep problem is: how to become aware, how not to be unconscious. From where to start? Don’t try to fight with some very deep-rooted habit. You will be defeated.”

Now a days we people are spending most of our time on keyboard during work and at home. So I am suggesting awareness meditation or mindfulness meditation during typing on keyboard or on screen. We can decide that first 1-2 minutes we are going to type fully conscious during typing. This is enough to begin with.

The remedy to learn mindfulness meditation while typing is to become conscious during typing.

Lift your hand for typing consciously, then press the button fully aware of the touch of finger with screen, feel it and listen mindfully the keyboard sound on touch of the button.

Repeat with each word and one day you will sure experience no-mind moment during typing and keep trying to get more such experiences.

When it becomes regular try applying the same experiment during walking, eating etc. You can apply it during sex and you may fall into the centre of being during orgasm. Once this connection is happened then things will fall in line for sure automatically to experience the centre of being without any outside help too.

What is suggested here, if practiced over a period of time, is going to begin the inner journey to fall into your real self or centre of being. Living in material life is like trying to fly in the sky of freedom using one wing of a bird. With little practice we can start flying with two wings and then only ultimate freedom can be found.

Awareness meditation is the way worked for me and I tried it first during brushing my teeth in the morning after trying 8-10 meditations over period of 15 years! So there is no need to reinvent the circle for you. May be you too find it suitable otherwise with Dynamic meditation and/or Kundalini in the evening it is suitable for most of the people. There are 110 other meditation techniques discovered by Indian Mystic Gorakhnath about 500years before and further modified by Osho for contemporary people that one can experiment and the suitable one could be practiced in routine life.
